SERVICES

We provide a dust-free floor sanding service. Initially, we strip floors down to the original wood and then carry out a full floor sanding process before coating.

We can refurbish your floors, whether they are 10 years old or 100 years old. Following a methodical process we prepare, repair, sand, stain and seal your floors. Firstly, we inspect your floors and carry out any repairs that your wooden floors may need. Damaged wooden floorboards, parquet or herringbone floors are repaired with new or reclaimed wood. Staircases Polishing

The purpose of floor polishing is to make your timber floor surface smooth and shiny.

The One Floor Sanding mainly uses three different types of polishes including Tung Oil, Polyurethane and Water-based. All these three polishes come with different shine levels from MATT to SATIN to GLOSS.

Tung oil

Rich in colour, tough and durable which penetrates deeply into the floor and is suitable for newly installed Timber floor.

Polyurethane

Thick wearing and provides a harder finish in comparison to Tung Oil. The yellowish colour of this polish makes it much more attractive. It comes with both one pack and two packs system. Two packs system is mixed with a hardener which makes it so much more durable and long-lasting.

Water-based

One of the most popular selection amongst many of our customers due to its natural looks, non-toxic and longer-lasting colour. Great choice when it comes to re-sanding and for newly installed timber floor. Picture

You can transform the look of your timber floor by simply changing its colour.

Stain

We stain and seal your floors. Test patches for stain colours are prepared for your consideration and the stained floors are finished with a durable sealant for years of beauty.

We work with you to choose the right stain. Firstly, we prepare patch tests for your consideration with no obligation. Secondly, the chosen stain is applied to your floors. Thirdly, we apply several coats of protective sealant to your floors.

By applying wood stains to your wooden floor is a great way to give your new floor a beautiful colour and tone. Picture

Lime Wash

Liming your floor is an alternative way to make your floor look stunning and beautiful. Unlike the traditional staining and finishing, lime wash has a beautiful translucent milky appearance which allows your timber floor to shine throughout. Lime washing is a specialised skill that softens the natural colour of the timber creating a coastal feel and stylish charm. One of the great things about Limewash is that you can actually see the grains on your timber floor which makes it even more natural. Picture
